Introducing Soma Rooted Wellness—where healing begins in the body.

Get accessible and personalized mental telehealth care from the comfort of your home.

Our approach

We center the body as a site of healing—not just survival.
Through somatic therapy, cultural attunement, and trauma-informed care, we support people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and tending to what systems often ignore.
Our practice is relational, restorative, and rooted in what sustains—not what extracts.

Come home to your body. Root into your healing.

Telehealth care that honors the body’s wisdom, supports healing from lived experiences, and nurtures well-being that lasts.

Rooted in Care. Delivered Anywhere.

We’re a remote-only practice offering virtual telehealth therapy for Washington State residents (only at this time) — and non-therapeutic processing offerings are available for those outside of the state. No commute, just connection.
